My great grandfather, Hugh Campbell, was born in Carmoney to John Campbell and Agnes Harvey around 1840-1845. Around 1866 he went to the US and from 1881-1912 lived in Morrisville, Pa. Would like to get more information on his family in Ireland if possible. Looks like he had a brother Robert, born in 1839. Any info would help.

Looking for family of James Irvine, christened in 1847 in Carnmoney Parish, Antrim. Had sisters Gertie, Sallie, Maggie and brother Samuel. Not sure of parents' names. James emigrated to Philadelphia circa 1863 where he was employed as a coachman. Had daughters Margaret, Catharine, Sarah and Fannie. Married to Fanny White, also from Northern Ireland.

I believe that my ggg grandfather may have been born here,c 1830. His name was James Wiley, and he married Maria Nichol.I also have a marriage for this couple as being 1851, Newtonhamilton.As I have now found, there are lots of James Wileys from this part of the world. From James and Maria's marriage entry, I have their father's names as John Wiley and William Nichol, respectively. On arriving in Scotland, however, the family surname is spelt Wylie.
