William Hastings/Elizabeth Craig
Looking for parents of William Hastings b 1811 in Magherafelt, Co. Antrim,married Elizabeth b 1811 at Ist Presbyterian church in 1833. He died in 1887 a year after Elizabeth in Magherafelt. They had 8 children. David, Nathaniel, Mary, Ellen,Sarah,a second Nathaniel. Eliza and Jane. Any information would be appreciated i.e occupation of William. David was a Customs officer died aged 29 in 1864. The only Magherafelt I can find is in Londonderry so possibly the lady I am trying to help is mistaken unless there are two Magherafelts.

I am looking for the parents of my great grandparents, Jane Hoy and William Bell. William was born 1830/31. I believe both were from Ballymena area. They had children, Martha, 1871, Robert 1868, and others. Family moved to Scotland, where Martha married William Lochrie, (My grandparents.) Can anyone advise, please?

Trying to find information about ancestor who was born in County Antrim - possibly a village called Ballylinny. He was called Samuel Templeton and was born c. 1852. He left Ireland and in 1877 arrived in Staffordshire and joined the police. He had at least one sister. Any hints or suggestions appreciated

My mother was Annie Jude b 02/07/1941 - 5 Ballyoran Rd, Portadown, County Antrim, Belfast. Her siblings: Elizabeth b circa 1933 & Frederick Jnr. b circa 1939. Her parents: Frederick Snr. b 06/12/1896 (Ireland?) & Anne Richardson Mellon b 14/11/1900 (Newcastle-upon-Tyne) married in Ireland 26/08/1931 @ Falls Rd. Methodist Church. Fred - senior died in a Railway accident in Belfast 05/05/1948. Can you make a connection as I have hit a brick wall. My mother Annie died suddenly in Perth, Scotland 24/12/1984 aged 43yrs when I was only 23yrs and had no interest in my roots. I hope this "rattles a few bones." Regards, Anne

I am looking for my ggg grandparents, Thomas Smith and Sarah McFarland. They had a child (my gg grandma) Margaret Agnes Smith in or around 1849, and then came to America around 1850. Information in my family tree says that Margaret was born in Atrim, but I can find no documentation supporting anything more specific than that she was born in Ireland. Any help would be appreciated!

GGM Rosanna Burns formerly Greenfield. Grandfather Samuel Burns born Feb 5,1875 in District of Knocknadona, Aughnahoe, Derriaghy. emigrated to Johannesburg, South Africa and married Caroline Barrow, Cheltenham, England. 2 sons, Robert and Dennis and 1 daughter Mary.

My Great Grandmother was Elizabeth Graham, b 1872 or 1873, I do know she migrated to America in 1888, but that is all I know I have some leads as to 2 females both Elizabeth born in February 1 in 1872 the other 1873, I was lead to believe she was born in Dublin Ireland as told to me by my mother and Aunts but they have been wrong on several of my ancestors already, but the 2 Elizabeths 1872 & 1873 where born in Belfast, How can I find out and where do I look, I want the right info and to find her parents
