During the war, my mum was evacuated to Devon where she stayed with Mary Easterbrook nee Cumings. Mary had a son called Syd who was a professional golfer. Can anyone give me further information on this family?

I'm trying to find the correct families for Alfred JACKMAN born abt 1858 (HMS Ganges) father William JACKMAN deceased Labourer and Clara AXWORTHY father George AXWORTHY Wagoner born abt 1861. They were married 13 Oct 1884 at Plymouth Registry Office, Plymouth, Devon. I have their marriage cert. and want to get birth certs but can't work out who their families are.

I am trying to find out more about the history of Mary Bickford's family. She was born c1782, thought to be in Devon. She married Thomas Cotton in Devon. They had at least one child - a son named Thomas Cotton born 1804 in Dawlish, Devon. I am willing to share my info.

I am looking for any information on Eva Frederick my great grandmother,who married my Great Grandfather William Holman from Keberry Mill, Woolbrough, Newton Abbott in Devon.Her father was Station Master at Star Cross.The Holman family were corn and seed merchants and millers/farmers. My grandfather Frederick, married Isabelle Quarm from Kingsbridge/Dodbrook. His sisters were called Alice and Elsie and his brother Frank went to work in Insurance in South Africa. I have lots of infor on the Holman side, but non on the Frederick family. If anyone has any information I would be delighted. Thank You.

Ernest George PASSMORE married Winifred Adele TOMS at PAIGNTON in 1926, at that time he was employed as an auctioneers clerk. They had one daughter, Doreen (b.1927/8)but he died young. I would like more information about this family. His father was Ernest Henry who in 1926 was a miller's storeman.
