Victoria Nursery
I am looking for any information about the Victoria Nursery, which I think was alongside the Rugby Workhouse in the 1850s and 1860s. It was run by WH Treen FRHS who won many prizes for his blooms, and then by James Parker. I think my g grandfather Peter FIELD(S) was apprenticed there while living in the Workhouse in the 1860s. Thanks for any information.

red mail Marr family Rugby
If anyone can help me here I would be eternally grateful. My father unfortunately passed away in 1989 in Rugby, England. I know he was born in Ireland on the 6th July 1948. His name was James "Jimmy" Marr. I am attempting to get more information including his place of birth but I am struggling. I am also looking for anyone who can give me info or help me to get in touch with my mother and/or other members of her family. I was adopted very young but I am desperate to find out more about him and any extended family I may have but unable to discover through conventional means. He married my mother in Rugby. She is still alive but I am struggling to make contact with even her which upsets me greatly as I know she has health issues which will put her at high risk during this pandemic. Her name is Carol Ann Marr, formerly Fullwood. Any help would be appreciated more than words can fully express. Thank you for your time and I hope you are all safe and well in these troubling times.
