red mail John George Scott
I am searching for information regarding my Grandfather, John George (Jack) Scott. He married my Grandmother Sarah Joyce and they had one child,a son,Alan (now deceased). They lived in Ferryhill and my Grandfather had a sister possibly named Mary who lived in the same village. I am also trying to trace - John Scott my Great Grandfather, who was originally born in Southwick, Sunderland and I believe he worked as a Guard on the Railway at Ferryhill Station. This would probably have been before 1920. Any information would be much appreciated, as I am trying to trace my family tree. Thanks.
I am trying to get in touch with any descendants of Lilian and Charley Foster.I understand that Lilian is buried at Ferryhill Station and so imagine she must have lived there prior to death. They had four children...John, Ernie, Charley and Grace but no dates are known. As Lilian(nee Crossman) was born in 1898 I would imagine these children would have been born in the 1920-1930 period and as far as I know they are now all dead. Did they have children? Some of them, if not all, must have done and I would love to make contact. I am a granddaughter of one of Lilian's sisters.
