CREBER/BROWNE
Has anyone got a suggestion regarding a brick wall that I have? I have James George CREBER (born in Wales died in Ireland 1828-1902) married to Mary MORRISON (born & died in Ireland-1833-1907) They had 8 children, including daughter Annie Grace (1860-1948) and Robert (1869 born in Isle of White -1928 died in Ireland) I also have a Madeline BROWNE, born in Co Cork in 1887. In the 1908 census Madeline is with James & Mary and Annie & Robert as a 15 year old listed as niece.Living in Carrigrohane, Ballincolle. In 1911 Census Madeline is at the same address but with just Robert (a gardener) and Annie, listed as cousin. aged 24. In the Civil Reg Death Index, (Cork, Vol 5, Pg 49) Madeline has died at the age of aprox 25 in 2nd quarter of 1911. (1) Madeline had to be the child of one of Robert's sisters. (2) The sisters were; Annie Grace (listed above - would have been 26years old) Mary Eliza (born 1863 but died in 1865 -so not her) Caroline Selena Morrison (born 1872 on Isle of Wight- died 1895 in Dublin. married a Thomas JENKINS in Clifden, Ireland in 1891. She would have been 14years when Madeline was born) I can find no marriages of Creber/Browne in England or Ireland. I would appreciate any suggestions anyone may have. I know this Madeline must fit in the family somewhere.

red mail Mary Robinson
Further to the Mary Paine entry, wife of Wiliam Lacey. The baptism records in Grosse Ile, Quebec of her eldest son William Lacey gives her maiden name as Mary Robinson. Later census gives her birth as about 1819 in Ballincollig. Her husband was in the Royal Artillery joined up 1834 and by 1840 he was in Quebec, then went to Ireland. England and then Malta. Any info on Mary Robinson would be most welcome.
