red mail Harrison John born approx 1880
Trying to find out what happened to my maternal great grandfather John Harrison who married Amy Hart in 1904. Amy has 3 children named Harrison on the 1911 census but is living with Matthew Allison in Witton le Wear. I know that she went on to have several more children named Allison. I cannot match any death records or remarriage records for John. John's father was called Lindsley Harrison and was a hawker. At the time of John's marriage to Amy he was also a Hawker but by the time my grandmother arrived he was a coalminer and lived in Crook. Any family clues would be appreciated.
