Breen, Brien, Fife  Mar 2010 (170611)
I am trying to find my family connection back to Ireland. My g-g grandfather Matthew Breen his wife Frances (Fanny Fife) and son Matthew arrived in Canada on the Sardinian 7 Sept 1886. Their ages are listed as 61, 53, and 22. Based on this information, I have found the following. 1, Marriage of Matthew Brien age 21 to fanny Fife age 20 on 2 Jan 1849 in Magheracross, Fermanagh. Fathers are listed as John Brien and James Fife. The 1825-1835 Tithe applotments list John Breen in Megheracross 4 times for 1829 for the Townlands of Cooltrane, Drumkeen, Ralagh and Salry. James fife appears on the same list twice for 1829 in Megheracross townland of Craghan and Drumcullen. Griffiths valuation lists matthew brien as the occupier of land and buildings in Fermanagh, Enniskillen, Clanawley, Cleenish and Moylehid. I am looking for a way to pull all of this information together, if anyone has information, I would love to hear from you./
ROBERT BURROWES HOWE  May 2007 (113097)
I'm looking for anything about the ancestry of my gggfather Robert Burrowes Howe, he was a shoe mender (b.1835 -d@1890) He married Jane Hamilton (b @1836 -d@1924) from Enniskillen. They had 2 children born in the early 1850's in Ireland, but they must have died young as they don't show in the 1861 Scottish Census. Robert and Jane moved to Galsgow, then Edinburgh, finally Tottenham. Any help with his ancestry would be gladly appreciated.

Magwood And Farrell   (12228)
George Magwood married Margaret Farrell about 1845 and then emigrated to Canada. Both were from or near the village of Roselea on the Fermanagh/Monaghan border. We believe that he was the son of Andrew Magwood and Elizabeth Ross born about 1820 and that Margaret was the daughter of Samuel Farrell and Sarah Clark, born about 1822 both in the Parish of Clones.
