James Clark (156913)
My husband's 2x Great Grandfather James Clark was a waterman. I have not found his birth but according to the 1851 census it would have been c 1802. He married Francis Oatley in 1822 in St Michael Bedwardine Worcester. He had 7 children that I have found. William, Elizabeth, Matilda, Harriett, Mary Ann, Anne and Samuel. In the 1851 census he was in the docks in Gloucester but I have not found himn on subsequent censuses. His son Samuel married Matilda Harman in Worcester in 1868. If anyone is able to help me that would be absolutely great, he is one of my very well built brick walls. Eveline
