John Townsend (b. ca 1812, Doddiscombsleigh / Chudleigh, Devon) and Elizabeth D. (Brooks?) Townsend (b. ca 1817, Sampford Countenay, Devon) resided in the area of Kenton / Starcross 1840's-thru 1880's. Children: John, Lewis H., Frederic William, Francis George, Avisa I.B., Elizabeth D. (Townsend) Perrott and possibly Rebecca (Townsend) Banks. Any information would be appreciated
Saussey/du Saussey   (16110)
I believe my Grandfather was born in Kenton and at the age of 2 came with his parents James Frances and Susan Pamalar (Tillett) Saussey to New Zealand in 1875 on board the Due of Edinburgh anyone with any information re the Saussey/du Saussey familyI would appreciate it.
