red mail Campbell and Mussen in Magheragall and Glenavy
My gt gt grandfather was William Mussen Campbell, born in 1810 in Magheragall, co. Antrim. His father was James Campbell. Mussen was widely used as a middle name in the family thereafter, but I haven't been able to find out where the name came from. I suspect that there may have been a marriage between a Mr. Campbell and a Miss Mussen at some point. Therefore if you know anything about Mussens and Campbells in Co. Antrim that might shed light on this, I'd really like to hear from you! Thanks - Rowan
