I have Harriets marriage certificate when she married William Adlam in 1837 and that states her father as CHARLES GOMER. The marriage was witnessed by a MARY GOMER. I have a printout of a message on Curious Fox some time back (and not available now it seems)where someone indicated having info from a gravestone in his name in Jersey where he is recorded as 'Man of Dorset'.
