red mail Lees Family
Hi I am looking at connecting with any of the Lees family descendents, My 3 x great grandfather William Henry Broadbridge Lees born 1846 Cork Ireland came to the Uk before 1861, he married Selina Mary Bath in 1869 and had 6 children (that I know of) 5 girls 1 boy named Louisa, Selina, Clara, Ann, George and Alice. my line is from Louisa who married John William/William John Bull (some discrepancy which was his first or second name), they had 2 children William Henry and Selina, unfortunately Louisa died not long after Selina was born. Their father remarried (I think) and had (my great grandfather William Henry) 2 stepbrothers and a half sister. No names are known not even the 2nd wife's name all I have been told was she was possibly Louisa's nurse....I am unable to find William Henry on 1901 or 1911 census Selina got taken away and name was changed. I am unable to also find John William/William John on 1901 or 1911 census if you are connected in anyway to Louisa's sisters please contact me with any info you may have. Thank you

I am trying to trace Alexander Torrens, born in 1864 in Liverpool. He married Alice Nock in 1887 and they had a son in 1890 also called Alexander. I can find no further trace of him. Alice appears on the 1891 census and on subsequent census she is with a William Torrens - born in S. Wales. Any help would be appreciated. Hazel
red mail Searching for John Walker
I am searching for a John Walker, b. 1891, death date unknown. He was the second husband to my great-grandmother, Theresa Agnes Semken, b. 1891, d. 1966. Theresa's first husband, Frederick George Bull, b. 1890, d. 1923, died of drowning off King George V dock, under what seems to be mysterious circumstances. I am curious as the circumstances of John and Theresa's marriage, which happened in 1924, in West Ham, Essex, the same area where Frederick died. Theresa and Frederick had four kids, who were told when growing up that their dad shot himself, whereas his death certificate states he drowned. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
