red mail Where was Mum during WW2?
Please can anyone help me with a Family scenario? I appreciate any support here. recently i was pondering on WW2 and whereabouts my Mother was during this war. My Mother was Norma Patricia Dean b1934 in Ormskirk Lancs. The best way to solve this would be the 1939 census/register(Mum would have been 5 yrs) however , i am not subscribed to Ancestry site or others so i cannot access this. Norma's Mother was Florence Dean b 1895 who lived in the West derby area of Liverpool around 1939. It would be interesting to see if Mum was evacuated or living with her P arents during the War? Thank you for your time.

Marrs family
I am researching my ancestors, in parish records of Lancs wills 1830 there is an entry for John Marrs, Toxteth Park, miller. Also in Baines Directory of Lancs 1825 a mention of John Marrs of Huyton parish. If they are the same person, he may have been the father of my g-g-grandfather Robert, a pawnbroker of James Street, Liverpool until 1865. Robert married Phoebe Hewitt, also of West Derby. If you have any links, please get in touch.
