Entries around
Sadie Jackson/ Shirley Jackson
Hello, I am looking for any info on a Sadie Jackson and her daughter/ niece ( this is why it's confusing) Shirley Jackson. Shirley was born in 1935 in Leyton. The father may have been James Edward Newsome. There was a second daughter born around 1937 who was put up for adoption. Any info about this family would be welcome. Thank you.

Leyton Baths
Hi, I wonder if anyone out there has an old photo of the front of Leyton Baths, in the High Road, Leyton. I used to play on the rear steps in Bromley Road when I was a small child in the late nineteen forties. I have a photo of these steps but not of the front of the building. I would be very grateful if someone could e-mail me a copy. Thanks very much. Derek.
