I believe that she was born in Islington about March 1848 and her mother was Powell. Any info would be much appreciated. She did emigrate to New South Wales and married Thomas John Green. She may have returned to UK with a baby daughter Catherine Emily Louisa Green. Thank you so much. H

I am hoping someone may be able to give me details of William Henry Lane born around 1828 in Islington. I have no other info apart from he seems to appear on 1851 census with a wife called Esther, but no marriage details found, and on 1861 census his wife is Caroline Pike, again no marriage found. When he died she married a man called Hall. Any clues would be very gratefully received .
