my great .great grandad william pascoe married asenath knight c 1873 my granda george was born 1874 and his brother william in 1877. by 1881 asenath was a widow living in truro with her widowed mother margaret. George headed north to the durham coalfields where he married my nan elizabeth jones in cold hesledon/dalton le dale in 1897 they moved to castletown sunderland after the birth of my na in 1899.They lived there till their deaths in the forties. They had ten children hannah, elizabeth, florence,dora,violet, jennie, albert, tom, george and wilf, They lived in oswald terrace castletown.
