red mail PHILLIPS
Looking for information on and descendants of Charles John PHILLIPS, born at Folkestone, Kent, in 1869, and Georgina CLACY, born at Wareham, Dorset, in 1870, who married at Ringwood in Hampshire in 1893. Charles worked for the London and South West Railway, originally as a steam-getter and later as an engine driver. They had at least two children born in Ringwood: Eleanor Jane (1894) and Clarissa May (1896). A third child, Georgina Lucy, was born in Southampton in 1899. At the date of the 1901 census the family was living at Denzil (?) Road in Guildford. Eleanor married Reginald Plumley at Guildford in the Dec 1922 quarter. Clarissa married Ron Lodge in 1936 but had no children. Does anyone recognise any of these people please?
