I am looking for information on the Lincoln family. Robert Lincoln lived in Grimsby from 1885 to 1918, i believe he had books published on Grimsby.His wife was Ellen Hutton and one of their children was Nellie Smith (nee Lincoln). I also believe one of the family had or ran a shop ( possibly on Heneage Road ) my grandfather Robert Smith worked in it after the second world war, his wife is Joan Smith and their children are Christopher Smith and Carole Smith. I am looking for any information on the above who was my father. He was a trawlerman with his father Arthur John Brown and his brother, (no name). His father and brother were taken overboard in one wave between 1930 - 1940? Mother's name MARY JANE GEORGE. I can trace his father to SCRATBY Norfolk. William George joined navy in war and was on motor torpedo boats.
