red mail Gilliam of Dorking 1940s
During WW2 we were evacuated to Dorking living in the schoolhouse behind the firestation where my father, Arthur Andrews, was headmaster. We knew the Gilliam family well. The father was the stonemason in West St opposite the firestation, and had a yard up Junction Rd. We, Bern & Dave, as kids played with Tony Gilliam and John Rich. Tony had asthma I remember. Am searching for Tony and descendants of that Gilliam family. Dave
