help plse,my dad was supposed,born 1902/04.on 1911 census ,was said born clapham?, age 10 bought up by a MISS EMILY LAY,and a miss emily marshall / who was she ,he had siblings ,she said,but would say no more , but dont know any names,bought up with a joseph skilton. /marshall 2 years younger,can find nothing ,no birth certs under his name,OR JOSEPH,S not with his birth date,dont know fa,ther/mothers names,he was found in HOVE SUSSEX at school 1914,cant find anything before this,any help,very grate full frances

Fredrick William Stride (born about 1839, Westminster). In 1881 was living at 26 Roundell St, Clapham, Surrey, (a widower and, by trade, a plasterer) with children Elizabeth, George, Edward and Charles. I'm not sure if I'm connected or not. Is anyoneresearching this line?

I am reseaching "The History of my house". I lived at 32 (Clapham) Manor Street.......I have found it right back until the 1861 Census. Before that the mumbers are random. I can find my friend house no 26 which was in the same block& must have been built at the same time. Where I find any information from regarding this property?

I am looking for any information in regards to Frederick James Greetham, born abt 1877 in clapham. Have his married date but unable to find his date of death. Do know he died prior to 1928 as he was mentioned on my mothers marriage certificate as deceased.

Researching my grandfather who was born in Clapham (according to 1901 census).He married Amelia Annie Cherry in St Clements Aston Birmingham 28/9/1898.(Witnesses Robert Wallace and Eleanor Y Wright). They lived in Hampstead Rd ,St Pancras at the time of the 1901 census and he worked as a railway detective. Any info for any of the above people gratefully rec'd.

Mary Ann GRAY b. c. 1843 in Clapham, Surrey (London), married Robert NIGHTINGALE from Canterbury, Kent, in Whitechapel on 27 September 1868. They had three children: Robert Alfred b. c. 1874 in Poplar; Matilda Francis b. 1878 in Poplar/Forest Gate; and Thomas Howard NIGHTINGALE b. 1881 in Poplar. Robert senior ran a greengrocery shop. Do you have any information about any members of this family please? Thank you.
