Fergus Brown of Chew Magna
Hi, Any help appreciated on this one. Fergus Brown married Martha Bryant on 22 May 1758 Chew Magna, Somerset, England. Both were descibed as of the parish. The first of their children was born 1759 and the last 1773. I can only find 1 birth record for Fergus and that was 1704 (to Fergus and Rose) and he died in 1791. This birthdate seems to me that it might be his fathers and I would estimate his as 1720-1730 but can't find a record. I also can't find a birth for Martha Bryant. She died in 1792. Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated

Sarah Harding Oliver
I have been researching the Oliver family, starting with Sarah who appears to have been born in Chew in 1832. According to the record of her marriage to Edward Harse in June 1862 her father was named Henry Oliver. I have found a Henry Oliver aged 67 with wife Sarah H aged 55 in the 1851 census and am wondering if these are her parents. I would like to find details of her baptism in the hope that parents details are noted. Thanks.

She had many siblings, among them FRANK STEPHENS (1870), George (1854), James (1856), Sarah Jane (1859), Mary Ann (1868).
