I am searching for information on the family names listed above. The Crowe family emigrated to Australia in 1841 on board the "Forth". The Crowe children went on to marry people with surnames Donovan and Hogan. The families settled in the Geelong area (Mt Moriac/Gnarrewarre) and then moved onto the gold mining district of Ballarat in later years. If anyone has a connection to the names listed please contact me.

I am looking for details about Patrick Slingsby and his family, who was a lawyer. About 1835 he had a daughter Johanna Slingsby who on 12 Feb 1855 married Henry Hill in Bristol, England in a Catholic church. By that time Partick was dead. Henry and Johanna Hill had 12 children (9 girls), most of whom prospered and had large families of their own.

I am looking for any information on the Hogan family from Tipperary, Ireland. Specifically the family of Cornelius and Catherine Hogan nee Ryan, who had a daughter called Margaret Hogan (born about 1848 and died 1884). Cornelius Hogan was listed as being a boot maker in Tipperary, Ireland on Margaret's marriage certificate to John O'Donnell. Margaret Hogan emigrated to Australia (year unknown) and later married a John O'Donnell. She reside in the Ballarat and Colac areas in Victoria. Margaret had a number of children to John including Malachy, John, Martin Patrick, Martin Francis, Bridget, Cornelius William, Cornelius Martin Catherine and Margaret. Am looking for help re MICHAEL CLARE b 1833 my Gt Gt GT Grandfather who was Tipperary born and married to an Eliza. .He emigrated to England sometime before 1857 when his son James was born. Winifred Mary Murphy was born 15 July 1886. She was the daughter of Michael Murphy. She had a sister Margaret. On the 18th of November 1901 she was married to William Ryan a british soldier who was the son of Alexander Ryan. They were married at the Chapel at St. Michael's Tipperary Ireland. Witnesses were Alfred Tye and her sister Margaret (Maggie). Winifred and William moved to London. Her sister Margaret also married a man named Ryan and moved to England. Winifred's obituary names as a cousin Daniel Breen. After World War II Winifred returned to Tipperary for a visit with two of her grandchildren. She returned London and died in the 1960's. Would love to know if there is anyone else researching this line.

I am looking for info regarding Clara Kearns (b 1841). I am not quite sure where abouts she originated but I am assuming it is Tipperary as she came out to Australia aboard the Beejapore in 1863 (This ship was full of emigrants from Tipperary to Queensland Australia). I believe that her parents are Patrick Kearns and Cath Syne.
