red mail Margaret Ryan and two sisters to Australia Ardmayle, Ardmayle House, and Parish
I am looking for any information about Margaret Ryan whose Australian death certificate says she was born in Ardmayle, Tipperary c 1836 to Grazier and farmer Michael Ryan and wife Mary ? I believe she emigrated to Victoria, Australia between 1854 and 1856. She married a Michael O'Donnell from Limerick(1833-1892) in Beechworth, Victoria in 1858. She had at least one sister, Mary Ryan, who likely emigrated with her and possibly another sister too. Mary Ryan married Robert Milne also in Beechworth in 1856. O'Donnell and Milne were in business together as butchers on the goldfields and, later, graziers in Myrtleford and Whorouly. Information about either family would be great.
red mail Dundrum Orphanage Dundrum
In 1935 my mum was born in Sean Ross Abbey and circumstances beyond her control meant she was placed in Dundrum orphanage in 1940. I am trying to find anyone who was there between 1940 and 1951 and may remember my mum Christina Tector.
red mail Drundrum/Bishopswood Dundrum
I am interested in getting in touch with descendants of Daniel O'Brien and Winifred Carter as there are many overlaps with my family, the Kunkels in Ipswich and with the Mullens nr Toowoomba
