Charles Botting (born in Sussex) married to Mary Merrin (born in Spondon Derbyshire) seems to be a relative of mine. They had a daughter who subsequently gave birth to Evelyn Mary Botting. Evelyn married my father's grandfather. They lived in Spondon then moved to Yorkshire. There also appear to be some Botting relationships that went as far as London.
