red mail Looking for info on Michael Bridgman and his four wives
My great great grandfather was Patrick Bridgman born between 1811 -1821. He died between 1901-1911. I am looking for a wife and his children. One was Michael Bridgman who married four times. Mary O'Connell, Annie O'Donnell, Margaret Sullivan and Anastatia Ambrose. Michael and Anastatia had 6 children all born in Loghill and possibly christened there. They were Thomas, Robert, Mary, Bridget, James (my grandfather) and Edward. Any information on what happened to the other wives and when the family died or may be buried would be gratefully appreciated Many thanks in advance cheers donna
red mail Lyons and O'Shaughnessy
Looking for information on Michael O'Shaughnessy and Bridget Lyons from Loghill, Ireland. They are my great, great grandparents. Children include Catherine, Delia, James, Michael, Molly, Nancy, Patrick Thomas, Margaret, Mary, Julia, Annie and Nellie.
I am interested in the backgrounds and lineages of Michael Connell (1790-1862) and Margaret Nowlan (1796-1874), both born at Loghill, Limerick IRL. They had children: Bridget (1818-1868), Michael (1821-1839, Mary (1822-1905), Ellen (1824-1902), John (1827-1882), Catherine (1829-1916), Thomas (1832-1907),Patrick (1835-1866) - all born at Loghill. I think they also had a son James. In 1839, the family came to Australia on the "Aliquis" and spent their lives in the Braidwood district of NSW. Bridget, Michael, John, Catherine and Thomas, used the surname O'Connell. I would love to hear from anyone who has knowledge of this family. I have some details of their life in Australia to share. Patricia
