Looking for the family (parents and/or siblings) of John KELLY. Unsure of DOB (probably 1880s), died 1922 in Gort. Married Mary O'MALLEY (b 1875) sometime before 1900. Children, all born in Gort, included Stephen (b 1900), Mary (b 1902), John (b 1905), Edward (b 1907), Annie (b 1909), Patrick (b 1912), Margaret (b 1914), Michael (b 1918), Martin (b 1920). John and Annie emigrated to the US, specifically CT. John might have had a brother named Martin.

Looking for information on the Kelly family of Gort. Festus Kelly c. 1750-1836) is believed to have had a son Thomas (a farmer from Rindifin, just south of Gort). Thomas married Ellen and had at least four children, Richard, Charles, Jane and Eliza. Richard and Charles emigrated to Sydney, Australia and joined the NSW Customs Service. Eliza died in Gort aged 20. Richard Kelly (1822-1887) married Isabella Eliza Vallancey in 1852, and they emigrated to Sydney. Charles (b.c. 1819) married Anne McEvoy of King's county. All relevant information would be welcomed.

Im trying to find the baptism papers for Redmond born in Gort ,County Galway in 1812 he was Roman Catholic.The spelling of his last name may have been changed in the US.It may be Halloran or O Halloran.Thanks if you can help
