Tucker King
Henry Tucker (baptised 21.8.1809, Bishops Stortford, married Emma Pidding, baptised 1808 in Clavering Essex) was a flour miller and baker and had pretensions to gentility. His grandaughters, Bessie Maud and Louise Calestroupat, were brought up in his household by his unmarried daughters after the death of their mother, Harriet Emma. There are numerous Tucker and Calestroupat graves in Bishops Stortford but I (grandaughter of Bessie Maud) can find no surviving Tuckers.
