Mary Ann ROBERTS
Does anyone have any information about Mary Ann ROBERTS, who was born in 1858 in Manchester. Her maiden name was CALLARY and in 1881 she married Michael KELLY and had three children, John in 1885 and twins Joseph and Mary Ann in 1887 but none of the children survived infancy. In 1891 she gave birth to Owen ROBERTS KELLY when she appeared to be living with Samuel ROBERTS, (there is no record of a marriage). Owen was subsequently known as Owen ROBERTS and he died in WW1 in Gallipoli in 1915. She had three further children with Samuel, twins Catherine and Ernest in 1894 and Susannah in 1897. Ernest and Susannah did not survive infancy. In 1901 she was living at Groome's Buildings, Salford and in 1911 at Chadwick Street, Salford. Any information about what happened to Mary Ann after 1911 would be appreciated. Terry
