Growte(Grout) Family
I am trying to find out if my earliest ancestor namely a Richard Growte(Grout) born in this parish in 1578 had other family members(ie brothers or sisters) and also his parentage.
Am trying to create my tree further back if possible and further lineage entries.
They were yeoman farmers of their own land.
Does anyone have any information that would help me in this research or is related to the Grout dynasty.
He was christened in St Mary the Virgin church in this parish.
