Member's Profile
I am researching Essex Bonners ,but am unable to get over the " brick wall " which starts with the baptism of my ancestor, Mathew Bonner, who may have been born about 1760.Alas, I can not find a baptism for him, having searched as many of the parishes in and around Grt. Wigborough as I can He married in Great Wigborough in1783 .I have a son and grandchildren in Canada, and would so much like to leave them as complete a family tree as possible. Mathew was a farmer and, I suspect ,came from a large farming family. His wife Sarah Smith, was a widow ,and possibly10 years his senior. If anyone has any info. on my enigmatic 3 times great grandparents , or their origins, please be generous and share it with me.
