Interested in Yewdall family who lived in Dalton/Halton & Lancaster in C19th but descended Simeon Yewdall b.1786 (either Bradford or Blackburn)a gardener m to Margaret Hodgson. 1788. Offspring: Thomas, JAMES , Henry, David, Mary, Margaret, Elizabeth, Simeon.

James Yewdall b. 1818/1821 married Isabella Greenwood b. 1824. Children: EDWARD, Janet, Margaret, Mary Jane & William.

Edward Yewdall b. 1857 Lancaster married Jane Jackson b. 1861, Millom. Children: Albert, David, John, JAMES

James Yewdall (b. 1881, Millom, Cumbria) and Elizabeth Ripley (b. 1884). Had 3 children. Moved to Bristol in early C20th.

Interested in any information pre 1841 Census.
