Ireland (Country), Ireland

Hi I wonder if someone can help please,
I am trying to find information on a JOHN THOMAS O'CONNOR, we believe he was born in Birmingham in 1896 he married a Lucy Ward in 1918 in Birmingham.
He then married a ELLEN MOORE in 1946 they had 4 children I believe. John died in 1947 in Birmingham. We have purchased the marriage and death certificates, and his father is a PATRICK JOSEPH O'CONNOR , i have trawled through lots of names and have only come up with this one JOSEPH PATRICK O'CONNOR B1870 ROSCOMMON IRELAND. who had a child JOHN THOMAS B1896. I wonder if he switched names round as they do that in my family so confusing. If this is the right one he married a MARY ANN HART in 1894 in KINGS NORTON and had 5 children.
thats all the info i have, fingers crossed someone can help with PATRICK JOSEPH parents or siblings or better still has them in their tree.
Thanks again, Sandra.
