Hastings, Sussex

Ellen Jane Jordan / James Pocock
I'm looking for any info on the following relatives that lived in the area of St Leonards on Sea.

Ellen Jane Jordan Born 18/12/1861
Father William Jordan - Fly Proprieter
Mother Mary Ann Guy
Residence at the time of birth was 16 Norman road, East St Leonards on Sea.

Ellen later on had a Son:
George James Born 4/02/1883
Father unknown
Residence at time of Birth was 7 Grand Parade, St Leonards on Sea

There was a rumour within the family that george was fathered by a man with the last name Pocock but was never founded.

I later found a 1881 census of her being a servant in a house With the head person being a James Pocock-Butcher.
Dwelling Stafford House.
Census Place Bexhill, Sussex, England.

I'm looking for any information on the above..

Regards

Brett
