Looking for John Tingle b 1725.Do not have a wife's name but have several children Mary b1742 Sheffield,William b1747 Ecclesfield,John b1748 Simeon b 1750 Bradfield and Sarah b 1753Ecclesfield.Simeon married Hannah Woodward and they had 4 children George b1808,John Hudson b1814 Charles Hudson b1816 and Simeon b1821.George married Mary Ann ?b1808.Have no maiden name .They had 9 children one George b 1834 married a Maria Sanderson.Can anyone fill in my missing maiden names or give me any info on the Tingle family or Sanderson family especially Maria's family Thanks if you can help

Would like to communicate with other Wadsworth/Wordsworth researches in the same area.

Re Strines Inn I undertsand that a John Hosefield was landlord of this Inn, on his death the pub was managed by his wife Jane or Mary Horsefied nee Hankin. Further info on John Hankin b1850 and his wife Emma Hankin nee Horsefield b1852 would be appreciated.

I am looking for information on the birth, marriage or parents of Joseph Ibbotson. Joseph was born abt 1797 in Bradfield. He married Matilda Hobson in December 1824 in Sheffield. The first sighting I have of Joseph & Matilda is the 1841 census were they were farmers in Hagstones Oughtibridge. Any info on Joseph's birth or parents would be greatly appreciated.
