James was a butcher in 1837. He married Caroline Grime in Birstall 19/10/1835. His father was John Goodall but not sure if his mother was Mary Sprucy/Spivey. I have a John and Mary marrying in Birstall in 1810 and thinkthey both may of been born in Robertstown but need conformation. Can anyone help?

I have the Patrol Leader's Record Book for Bull Patrol of the 7th Spen Valley Troop of Boy Scouts, it looks like it's for 1930. It has attendance and subscription records for January to May (possibly of 1930). For some of the scouts there is also the name, address, rank of scout, date of birth, school attended, employment, whether they had been in the Cubs, badges gained (1930-32): Edward PICKUP, Harry BARBER, Godfrey LONGDEN, Kenneth ASHTON, Norman SMITH, Leonard SYKES, Edgar PEARCE. I'm happy to pass on information.

Her parents were John Cordingley born 1785 in Littletown Birstall and Lydia Goodall born circa 1792 in Liversedge.
