Hi I am looking to find the relatives of Elsie, born in 1892 and married in 1914 with a Romanian guy,my grand-grand father.They lived in Carlinhow, on 7 Irene Street and respectively on 2 Lucen Street .Elsie died in 1920 and her husband Ion Andrei Olanescu left the country with his 3 children. We don't know if she had any relatives in area. We came in Uk to find out more but we don't know fro were to start. Thanks a lot.

Hello i was wondering if there were any descendants of the above interested in the family history. JOSEPH HALL was my Great Grandad & he had 7 children, he was widowed approx 1923 and remarried as far as i know he worked at Skinnigrove Iron Works. His Childrens names: John, Laura, Elsie, Winnie, Clarice, Pat & Denis (born 1918). (I dont know any more dates). Denis was my grandad and was the youngest of the children as far as i know his mother died when he was about 5 and i dont know very much about the rest of the family. I was wondering if this actually exists. My grandfather has a book he put together of a farm the family owned in Brotton...NorthEastern England. Apparently there was a small creek running through the back of the farm, hence the name, "Crickle" Farm. Would love to know if it still exists and who owns it now. It would have been the Taylor's. My mother's mother was Alberta Symons, listed as a 1 year old on the 1891 census. Her father was William,born in Gwennap Cornwall. Her mother wasMary and there was a 3 year old, William. They lived at Railway Terrace, Brotton. The father was an ironstone miner. Alberta married James Winsor Lewis.Does anyone have any information about any of these people? I am looking for info on Emma Julian Harrison who died in 1933 aged 77 and was buried in the Churchyard at Brotton (7 March 1933). I believe she ran the Ship Inn in Brotton. Her husband was William and she had a daughter Beatrice (my grandmother). I have been unable to trace anything about Emma's antecedents.

May have married twice to a Mary / Margaret (from looking at names/ages/p.o.b. on the census). Had children ... James (1873),John (1874), Mary (1876), Thomas (1878), George (1880), Robert (1884), Matthew (1886), Richard (1888), Margaret Ellen (1889) and Sarah Jane (1890).
