John Hall lived at Ardnahoe farm from around 1845 to about 1890. He died in 1891 at Rothesay Isle of Bute. He was born in 1814 at Millhouse farm Inverkip Scotland.His father Dugald Hall was from Roseneath Dunbarton Scotland. The connecting families to the Halls at Kingarth are Martin and Watt.
