Michael born 1820, John 1822, Mary 1825, Michael again 1827, William 1829, Ellen 1831, Catherine 1833 and Thomas 1835. Any further details on this family greatly appreciated.

Seeking info on family of Thomas James OShea, born Mullinahone, 1836. He married Hannah Rouhen in Gympie, Australia. He was the youngest son of Thomas OShea and mother Hannah Rohen. Hannah Rouhen was born in 1846 in Barnagore, Tipperary to Thomas Michael Rouhen and Bridget Mara. (info from Gympie newspapers of the time) Hannah had a bother Patrick who also emigrated to Australia and died in 1892 in Creswick, Victoria.

Looking for information on Peter Sause and Mary Landers of Mullinahone (probably Ballyduggan) who may be my ggg grandparents -- but only if I can confirm they immigrated to New York. They had children in Mullinahone, Margaret born 1814 and Mary born 1824. My Peter and Mary Sause came to New York NY by 1830, where Peter was first a tavern owner, then a city weigher. Other children of my ggg grandparents were Richard, John, Julia, James, and David, all born between 1814 and 1830, some in Ireland, some in NY. My Peter died 1848, Mary died in her daughter Mary Sause Conner's home in Williamsburg Brooklyn in 1861.

Nora was born in 1874 and lived in Mullinahone but think she came from Kilvemnon and had a daughter Bridget who married the above Thomas Treacy.

William McGRATH & Mary MEEHAN were married on 2.2.1826 in Mullinahone Parish, Tipperary. They had seven children, all baptised in Mullinahone: John McGrath (29.6.1830); Edmond McGrath (13.4.1833); Ellen McGrath (8.3.1836); Alexander McGrath (20.1.1839); James McGrath (30.7.1845); Patrick McGrath (13.3.1850); & Richard McGrath (12.8.1864). I am descended from Ellen McGrath, who married Thomas Cantwell & a few years after his death married Martin Quirke on 7.8.1869 in Mullinahone. Martin & Ellen Quirk migrated to Australia in 1871. John CANTWELL married Mary WALSH. They had six children all baptised in Mullinahone: Mary Cantwell (3.10.1824); Thomas Cantwell (29.3.1827), Godparents: Michael Brien & Bridget Cantwell; Michael Cantwell (4.3.1830); Mary Cantwell (5.4.1833); William Cantwell (7.1.1836); & John Cantwell (25.4.1839). Thomas Cantwell married Ellen McGrath (baptised 8.3.1836, her parents were William McGrath & Mary Meehan, godparents were Alexander Burrows & Ellen McGrath) in Mullinahone. They had two children: Ellen Cantwell (28.5.1862), godparents: John Lawrence & Bridget Cody; and William Cantwell (29.1.1865), godparents: James McGrath & Anastatia Vaughan. Thomas Cantwell died 28.1.1865 & then Ellen McGrath (Cantwell Widow) married Martin Quirke in Mullinahone on 7.8.1869 (witnesses were James O'Brien, James Crotty, Anastatia Lynch). They had a daughter, Bridget Quirke (17.9.1870), godparents: Laurence Quirke & Bridget Quirke. Martin & Ellen Quirk migrated to Australia in 1871. Other children were Annie (1871); Patrick Christopher (1873, Linton, Victoria); Elizabeth (1876, Linton, Victoria); Catherine May/Mary (1878, Linton, Victoria). Ellen Quirk (nee McGrath) died 6.10.1898, Brunswick, Victoria aged 60 years. Martin Quirk died 27.3.1916, St Kilda, Victoria aged 74 years. William Cantwell became known as William Quirk and married Amelia Caroline Swan in 1893 in Hawthorn, Victoria. William Quirk died on 29.5.1905 in Narromine, NSW aged 40 years & Amelia Quirk (nee Swan) died in Sydney on 30.6.1944 aged 80 years.
