Looking for anyone who remembers Frederick.C.Pay who married Ethel.M.Stockwell(nee Bond)in 1956.They lived in Washington Nr Chanctonbury Sussex.Fred worked on a Turkey Farm and possibly came from the Aldingbourne area of Sussex,Ethel(Bond)was born in Church Crookham Hants but had been in the Norwood, Crystal Palace area till her marriage to Fred. They had 4 children: Mary 1744, Richard 1747, Ann 1749 & John 1750. I have come to a stop with this, my maternal side. Would appreciate any information.

Mary AYLING married Thomas KNIGHT, blacksmith, at Washington on the 7th July 1819. Witnesses were John and Ann EYLING. Mary died on the 23rd October 1840 age 39 and so fails to appear on any census. So where was she born?

Does anyone have information on the Stringer/Redwick families of 1700's? John Stringer was born in Shipley in 1751. He married Jemima Redwick, born 1761 in Ashington. They lived in Washington after their marriage. One of their sons, John, was my great-great-great-grandfather. Jemima's parents were James and Mary Redwick. Any further information welcome.
