Bn Lindfield, 1876. Married Frances Braysher (bn 1874) at Newick. By 1901 the Constables were living at Ox Bottom, Newick with their daughter, Mabel (bn 1898), together with Frances' mother Susan Braysher (nee Berry) and nephew and niece William Jenner (bn 1893) and Susan Jenner (bn 1891).
