DANIELL, Nathaniel George
Looking for any info regarding my ggUncle Nathaniel George DANIELL (also known as George Nathaniel) and his family. He was killed in WW1(1917) but had seven sons - all but one survived WW1. They were registered in Hazelhurst Road in the 1911 census. Any details would be welcomed. I'm searching for any living DANIELL relatives.

Trying to find leads on Hunt family, or possibly Oldhams. Grandfather Albert William Fillmore Hunt married Katie Nellie Oldham around 1918 and they lived in Fairlight Road, Tooting, initially with his parents - father John William Shakespeare and mother Eliza (Mary) nee Martin. Albert W F was a painter and decorator and later a bookmaker's runner, his father JWS was a stage carriage groom and Eliza was from Chatham Kent. Katie Nellie and he had 7 children - all but two still living. We know her mother and father were in music hall (Oldham/Barrett) We have a pocket watch that has been passed down the John Hunts from 1792 to the present day. Would love a lead on John hunt born 1792.

I am looking for relatives of Pte Edward William Murray Thompson #3018 bc 1896 who was killed in WW1 aged 20. He was with the 2/13th County of London Battalion (Kensington) which was known as the Kensington Rifles, and was killed on 2nd July 1916. He is buried in Ecoivres Cemetery, France. He was the son of William and Helena Kathleen Thompson of 177 Trinity Road, Upper Tooting, London. Please would you contact me if you know anything about this family.

Can anyone help me find any information or living descendents of my Cooper family? I am trying to find information on and family related to: Annie Cooper born 1861 in Westminster and lived at 18 Undine Street, Tooting S.W. 17. until the 1950’s who was the wife of Samuel Thomas Cooper born 1858 in Halstead, Essex. Their son John Samuel Cooper was born 1884 in Battersea and he married Dorothea Maud Victoria Friday, born 1885 in Northfleet, Kent. Their son, my grandfather, John Hendon Samuel Cooper, was born in 1907 at 39 Acre Road, Mitcham Croydon and his brother Stanley George Cooper was born in 1910 at 62 High Street, Tooting, Streatham, England. John Samuel (b. 1884) was an Engine Driver Assistant for the Electric Railway as of 1907 and then a Journeyman House Painter as of 1910. My branch came to Canada after the First World War and left behind a sizeable family back home in England. I have substantial information that I am willing to share with people looking for the same family. I am hoping that someone may be able help.

Their son, HORACE AUGUSTUS b. 1852 is sighted in the 1881 census living in BATTERSEA, SURREY as a lodger. He m. EMILY REES in 1882 and had several children, one of whom was my maternal grandmother CLARA FLORENCE b. 1883. Clara m. BERTIE ROWLERSON in 1904 and had 11 children. The ended their days in TOOTING, LONDON.

Helo, I am trying to trace my Family Tree and I have my Paternal Great Grandparents, They are: James john Webb (tailor by profession) and Annie (formerly Dumelow) Webb, they lived at 15, Gladstone Street, Leicester at the time their daughter was born. Ellen Charlotte in 1879.

Josiah William (aka Joe) Coombes, son of Alfred and Mary Ann Lovell Coombes (Henstridge, Somerset), married Bessie Mary Ralph in Greenwich 1896. They had 2 sons, Ivan Ralph and Cecil Victor. The 1901 census records Bessie and her sons living with the Ralph family in Stalbridge, Dorset. Joe was living in London. He later ran ÔThe Concordia Musical SupplyÕ shop at 178 Mitcham Road, Tooting (J W Coombes & Son). Ivan Ralph was killed during WW1 in France 1918. Does anyone know any more about this family?
