John was born in Farnham in Surrey and Lillie was born in Norfolk. The two girls were born in Thames Ditton, think Winifred might have been fostered. In the will of my Wife's ancestor John Peters B 1790,died 1859 he leaves possesions to a master blacksmith Jasper Still of Ditton Marsh, has anyone any knowledge of this gentleman or of any of the Peters family who were well known builders who later lived at Walton On Thames. John Peters only daughter Julia Born c1911 married a Thomas Dumble on the 3rd of April 1836 at Saint Martin in the Fields Westminster London any information greatly recieved.
Am looking for information about the family of THOMAS "GIBSON" THOMPSON (born 9 Sep 1857 in London - died 1Q 1917 in Thames Ditton.) On 5 Feb 1901 he married MINNIE HAWKES in the Parish Church of St. Bride, London, after which they lived in Thames Ditton. In the 1901 and 1911 censuses they were living at EDENHOLM in Thames Ditton, with their 3 children (FREIDA 1895, BRENDA 1900, and LANGHORNE 1901.) "GIBSON", as he was known, was a newspaperman and journalist. We know a lot about BRENDA THOMSON, but any information or photos of any of these other persons would be appreciated.

I am looking for more details about Thomas Edward BUCKLE who was a chemist/ druggist. He married (though not necessarily legally) Sarah BRISTOW b 1820, daughter of Edward & Mary BRISTOW, in the early 1840's and a son also Thomas Edward Buckle was born in Thames Ditton in 1843. He subsequently moved to Wandsworth and was a brewery labourer. I know nothing about the parents Thomas & Sarah after 1851 where the census does not include the older Thomas.
