red mail Old Photographs
Does anyone have any old photographs of Farncombe, Surrey ? Pictures are hard to find, but I'm sure there must still be some around, pictures of shops, businesses, streets, houses (some long demolished)or anything regarding Farncombe. I can always scan them and return the originals to the owner, some maybe in colour, or of course in black and white, including people and places which also show the background of this locality.
red mail Daisy Barnes
Born abt 1903 in Farncombe, Surrey. Father was Edwin Barnes, cowman born abt 1872 Churt, Farnham, Surrey. Mother was Rachel Barnes (Mant), born abt 1870. Brother Sidney Barnes born abt 1909, Standon, Ockley, Surrey. Looking for descendants of those named.
red mail WILLIAMS, HAMPTON
Is anyone researching William Maurice Williams, a builder, and Mary Ann Augusta Hampton? They were married on 7th June 1871 at Farncombe parish church, and then disappear from the records! William was from a tobacco pipe making family in Southwark at 295 Kent Street. Mary Ann's family lived in Godalming. Her father, Daniel, was a tanner.
