EDWARD BYRD was born in 1849 in Castle Church, Staffordshire. +6 v. FREDERICK BYRD (born in 1840). 7 vi. THOMAS BYRD was born in 1841 in Castle Church, Staffordshire. +8 vii. CHARLES BYRD (born in 1842). 9 viii. SAMPSON GEORGE BYRD was born in 1844 in Castle Church, Staffordshire. 10 ix. HENRY BYRD was born in 1845 in Castle Church, Staffordshire. 11 x. In the 1841 Census, ROBERT and MARY ROBINSON were in Lincoln (St Martins Parish). Robert's occupation is listed as a butcher. Their family at that stage were: Mary (daughter), Charlotte, Louisa, Elger and Herbert. Another son was born - CHARLES approx 1844. CHARLES ROBINSON emigrated to NZ early 1860. ELGER ROBINSON married MARTHA and had one known daughter, LOUISA. They moved to STAFFORDSHIRE . Herbert moved to Staffordhire as well. The two brothers were joiners, Martha became a Grocer.

I am looking for information on g-grandmother, Alice Eliza(beth)Martin. She was born 12/25/1871 at Hollyhall in Staffordshire. Her father, David Martin was identified from Stafforshire and her mother Mary Law Martin was born around 1831. She had 2sisters: Mary unknown birth; Elizabeth H. born May 21, 1881 in Staffordshire. She also had a brother Joseph. I do not know of any other siblings. She and possibly her whole family emigrated to the US before 1895.
Looking for family members
My sister and I are tracing our family tree and have so far discovered that my Great Grandfather's name was William Edward Robert Preece (hairdresser) - and his father's name was William Preece (pattern maker) William Preece married twice and at themoment we can not trace any details of a Morley C Preece - although he is shown on the 1891 Census aged 4. I would be gratefull for any information that anyone may have either regarding Morley Preece or any other information about Preece's who livedwithin the Staffordshire area.

I ams looking for decendents of Clement Beaumont Baddeley born Stoke on Trent 1840. He had two sons, Albert born 1881 and Thomas born 1885, who was my grandfather. Unfortunately Thomas was adopted out at the age of six, and I am desperate to find thedecendents of Albert.
