I am looking for any information about John Slaney, he was according to 1871 census, born in Sheriffhales about 1813. He married a Louisa, surname unknown from Newport Shropshire, date unknown. He was a stonemason and had a son John born in 1849 and a daughter Pamila born in 1859.

Looking for info on George Bryan (carpenter/architect/alderman in Canada) who was born on either April 25th in Albrighton, Shropshire, or April 29th in Sherriffhales Stafford, England. He moved to Canada (Lindsay, Ontario) after 1855 (the year he married Mary Emma Parker (born May 18, 1834 in Tong (or Wolverhamton), Shropshire England. Their eldest son Benjamin was born in Stafford (married Alice Timms from Stow on the Wold, Gloucester -- in Canada), but their other children (Elizabeth, Fanny, Mary Emma, Charlotte, William?, Georgina, Henry, Mildred? were born in Lindsay, Ontario, Canada. George is as far back as I can go in our family history, so any help would be great!
