red mail Kinver House? - Connection to John Clark?
My great-grandfather John Clark was supposedly born somewhere in the Coventry area in 1865. He emigrated to New York City, where he became a lifelong employee of the New York Architectural Terra Cotta Works. He lived in Queens, married an American, had a large family, and became a U.S. citizen. During the 1920s he returned to the UK several times, first visiting "Kinver House," Kinver, in 1926, and later addresses in Nuneaton and Exeter. I am trying to establish his family (and possibly business) connections in these towns. Any information about what "Kinver House" amounted to in the 1920s would be greatly appreciated!

My Father, also James Vale was born in the pub in 1906, but I believe his parents split up shortly afterwards. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

In the 1901 census his relative Selina J Price born 1864 seems to have inherited the house. Mary D. Mein from East Barry House Glamorgan grand-niece was present at Henry's death. He had been farming 330 acres and employed 6 men in the 1871 census. I can't find the parents and would like to know more about the family.
