Anne's parents were Richard PASSMORE and Joanna (REED) who also had a son called George. Any information would be greatly appreciated,
red mail Wootton Courtenay Families
Quite a few members of the COWLIN family were born at Wootton Courtenay, dating back to Nicholas COWLIN, who moved to Wootton Courtenay from Dunster around 1760. Nicholas was married twice: first to Ann NETHERCOTT in 1765 at Wootton Courtenay. Nicholas and Ann had five children together - Robert, Ann, Mary, Samuel and Thomas. After Ann's death in 1780, Nicholas COWLIN married Joan POOLE. Nicholas and Joan had eight children together: Nicholas, Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah, Martha, Priscilla, William and John. Many of these children also married at Wootton Courtenay. I am happy to share any information I may have with other researchers.
