HI Does anyone have the baptsiem details of The Richard Webber in this 1851 census. It is from the Stockland, Bristol Parish. richard Webber born Stogursey, aged 56, Wife Betsy aged 55, Stogursey, Fanny 17, Stogursey, Hannah 15, Stogursey,Edwin 12, Stogursey, Betsy 7 born Stockland, Bristol, John 5 born Stockland Bristol. This would be Richard WEbber who married Elizabeth Thomas in 1825. This would make him born 1795 but it doesn't show in Stogursey Parish register. Some of this couples children born in Stogursey would have left home already by 1851.

I'm trying to find out some more information on the Dovey Family. The details I ave at the moment are ;- Thomas Dovey born 1806 in Bristol Somerset Married Sarah (Surname unknown) born 1804 in Kent. According to the 1851 Census they had 5 children.;- Thomas Born 1841 in Dudley. James Born 1831 Birmingham William B 1833 Dudley, Charles Born 1836 Dudley, Ann Born 07/03/1838 Christened 15/04/1838 at St Thomas Church Dudley. I understand she Married a Solomon Woodall in 1855. If anybody can help me with Somemore Information I would be grateful

i am lookinf for thomas ridout,married to harriet hartley and they lived in acton middlesex in 1901. he was born in bristol in 1857. so far have not found him as 4 yr old in 1861. any help appreciated.

William Dowling was born in Bristol in 1814 (his father also William). He joined the 52nd Regiment in 1831. Was arrested and court martialled in Dublin for desertion in 1835. Transported to Sydney for 7 years, he remained there and married Eleanor McCamley in 1841. Interested in hearing from anyone with links.
