red mail CARPENTER
Joseph Carpenter was a shoemaker in Bathwick prior to his death (about 1848). His daughter (my g-g-grandmother) was called both Jennyfred on later census, and Jane on the 1851 when she was married to Daniel Bowyer and residing in Bathwick still. Any leads on Carpenter in Bathwick? Have hit deadends almost everywhere.
